<div>Seems everyone is in agreement he is reverse sneezing. I found this very funny in an I&#39;m-so-stupid kind of way because I have always read the numerous prior posts about reverse sneezing but it never crossed my mind that it was what Ru was doing. Totally un-humanlike sneezes! Lol. </div>

<div>And regarding the itchy tail - we&#39;re gonna do an oatmeal bath this weekend and try some betagen spray that I have leftover from a  Cowboy issue. </div>
