<DIV>Probably the best thing to do now with Molly's sore boobies is warm compresses. This will help draw the milk out but not in a way that will continue milk production. After warm compresses put a T shirt on her that holds the teats off the ground and keeps them clean. This should help to prevent mastitis from developing as well. But if you see redness or swelling, or feel increased heat or hardness in any of the mammary glands then it's time to take her to the vet. Congrats on the new fosters :)</DIV>
