<DIV>Probably the best thing to do now with Molly's sore boobies is warm compresses.&nbsp; This will help draw the milk out but not in a way that will continue milk production.&nbsp; After warm compresses put a T shirt on her that holds the teats off the ground and keeps them clean.&nbsp; This should help to prevent mastitis from developing as well.&nbsp; But if you see redness or swelling, or feel increased heat or hardness in any of the mammary glands then it's time to take her to the vet.&nbsp; Congrats on the new fosters :)</DIV>
