<DIV>I am fostering a elderly basset who was badly neglected by her previous owner. She's been at my house for about 2 weeks. The other day, my beagle, who loves and snuggles with her 2 teddy bears (her favorite toys), picked up one of the bears and took it over to the basset and placed it next to her. I think my beagle knew that the basset needed some comfort. If only humans were so empathetic, the world would be a better place. </DIV></DIV></td></tr></table><br>
