</SPAN></FONT></BLOCKQUOTE><FONT FACE="Verdana, Helvetica, Arial"><SPAN STYLE='font-size:14pt'>    We have a brother and sister team of bassets with a foster right now. They are 4 years old and evidently gorgeous. I have no idea of anything more than that but when I spoke to the person in charge she was thrilled about the idea of someone wanting a bonded pair.<BR>

    They will be moved into adoption next week probably – we have no time limit on animals in adoption, but we’d like to keep them together and if your friend is interested, have her get in touch with me and I will put her in touch with the person who can help her at the shelter.<BR>

    Santa Fe Humane Society & Animal Shelter is not a no-kill shelter, BUT once animals are moved into adoption, we can keep them there until they are adopted or get sick or aggressive. We are a large facility with a lot of foster families and that’s where the bassets are now. There’s a huge adoption event next weekend and they will probably go to it unless other plans are made....<BR>
