<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" ><tr><td valign="top" style="font: inherit;"><DIV>On Saturday, Guardian Angel Basset Rescue held an adoption day. There was a basset named Penny at the event. She was scheduled to meet her new family that day. Penny slept next to her foster mom most of the time. She got up a few times to rearrange her sleeping position or to accept a pet from an admirer. A car pulls up about 30 minutes before the event was scheduled to end. Before the people are out of the car, Penny is now on her feet with her tail wagging and she's very excited. At first her foster mom was confused at Penny's actions (usually she doesn't get that excited). Guess who was in the car? Penny's new family. I thought it was amazing how Penny just knew it was them.</DIV>
