<DIV>I think some of Jordan's crate behaviors are part of her settling in to a
new lifestyle. More and more I am finding a clean crate although the bedding is
damp sometimes. Some nights she sleeps in the crate without a fuss until
5:30/6:00 AM. I then let her and Loki out and we all go back to bed until 6:30.
Other nights, she starts barking as soon as I put her in and DOES NOT STOP. Last
night she started at 11PM and only stopped when I gave in and went down and let
her out at 4 AM! And she wasn't even hoarse. I know it is my fault for allowing
her on my bed in the first place but she is great little cuddler and
doesn't bite my toes like Loki does.</DIV>
<DIV>This morning a little of her inner alpha bitch emerged. The most
coveted place in the house is under my computer desk at my feet when I am there.
It is a first come basis although Loki has intimidated her out a couple of
times. This morning she went under and when Loki tried to push in, she
snarked him good! He was so startled that my brave boy went to the doorway
where he whimpered and gave me a very sad face for several minutes. He now under
the printer table sacked out. </DIV>
<DIV>It is fun having a girl in the house.</DIV>
