Late yesterday afternoon Eddie the Cat started bleeding internally. He was slowly but surely on his final ride to the end. This morning we went to his vetperson and my dear sweet Eddie was helped to the bridge, heaven, or whatever it is called. I am filled with grief and guilt that I was the one to give the word. That awful word that is so final . Looking back at Eddie's condition there was no other choice. Today and for the rest of my life I will miss this funny cat, that loved all our dogs , other cats and even tolerated an assortment of humans.. Nothing fazed Eddie he went with the flow even today. Please let me know when any of your hounds meet Eddie the Cat that loves dogs.<BR>
