<DIV>I hope the wheels help.When Sarah Jane had  back surgery we initially 

tried the sling and our backs probably felt like yours. We were able to purchase 

a harness/ sling set up designed by the therapist we take her to. It is great. 

It distributes the weight and lets you stand upright. It is available on line at

helpful if she doesn't always use the cart.</DIV>
