<div>I have 4 dogs and 3 fosters and they are all itching,some more than others.There are no fleas and they mostly only go out in their pen for relief.Any ideas what could have got them all going.There are no plants  in the pen.I have bathed them in oatmeal and aloe shampoo but it hasn&#39;t helped.</div>
