<div>Rachel Ray is putting on a contest for 501 c3 animal organizations. Thought I'd pass on the info so rescues could enter and potentially win some moola for the hounds. The contest is called Mutts Madness, but from what I've seen, it doesnt say anything about dogs having to be mixed-breeds or anything like that. </div>
