<DIV>I was watching the news tonight (cbs2.com look for the Station fire). It had</DIV>
<DIV>burned over 42,000 acres with a circumference over 160 miles. It is moving</DIV>
<DIV>towards Acton tonight. The problem is that it is a heavily forested area with some</DIV>
<DIV>treacherous terrain.</DIV>

<DIV>I am going to keep the gang's drool flowing with extra special treats and a lot of </DIV>
<DIV>praying for the safety of everyone 2 and 4 leggers alike</DIV>

<DIV>I know that I am a bit north (8 hrs away) but if you need me I can </DIV>
<DIV>always help out with opening my home to a couple 2-3 houndies. I am sure </DIV>
<DIV>the gang will be willing to share their beds and floor space for however long</DIV>
<DIV>needed. </DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>The fire line is almost 100 miles long at this time. The winds have kicked up again and they are saying that the winds are going to change direction. This is probably not a good thing for Daphneyland.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>They have DC-10's flying overhead and dumping water all over the surrounding area. The planes are flying so low that you can almost touch them. It is almost impossible to talk on the phone b/c of all the noise.</FONT></DIV>
