<DIV>A very good dog trainer brought one of her dogs in training to our training
class wearing a "Wonder Walker" harness. No pulling, no choker, and with
fitting it...oh how smoothly and easily over the chest and around the ribs
just at behind the elbows! So slim and lightweiht it truly is a WONDER
WALKER. The control of a prong collar...but reallly gentle. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Our trainer even made two trips with me to FIND one for the
rescue Hound we were working with.. We tried some of the copy cat
harnesses for "Pepper" the Beagle/Basset but they were complicated
and BULKY. It was worth the $30 for the Wonder Walker. A strappy harness that
allows you to clip on the lead at the front of the chest OR the
traditional place up on the back.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>It was so suprising how well it worked and how easy it was to put on.
The catch is that it should just be used for walking and training and not left
on all the time. It is a great tool. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Just thought that I'd tell you about this kind of harness we found out
about in our Canine Good Citizenship Classes. We used a
chain/Martingale type of collar for the classes and I think they are
a wonderful collar......but this new harness works MAJIC on some of our
bombastic wild child Rescue Kids...Like Roo Bear</DIV>
<DIV>who is 1 1/2 years old and loves to be leaping/bounding. Wonder
Walker WORKS! </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>If you do get one..be sure and have help with fitting it for your Basset.
They have to be tight enough so that it won't slip around. I just could hardly
BELIEVE how easy and well it worked. We got one for our little Doxie we are
keeping for a friend and he just took to it as if he had always been trained. No
pulling, no bucking bronco, no stopping...he just came along trotting along
happily. He did try to bit the leash but only a few times and ...its just a
wonder that's what it is!</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>PS We don't sell them this is not an ad. I just thought they were a really
neet product. They work like MAJIC.</DIV>
