Last night there was another article on the news, where another vet in the area was going ahead and urging people to get the vaccine. I'm sure there are lots of different stances on this by veterinarians, one thing they did say was there had been no reported cases in Missouri. However, the one thing that surprised me was they said at the end that this was not an approved vaccine, only a conditionally approved vaccine. I had not heard that before, so I looked it up. This website explains what a conditional approval means.
