My Clara, 3 y.o., has constantly runny, watery eyes. For awhile we thought it was allergies and gave her Benedryl twice a day. The vet says she just has watery eyes, "it must be a basset thing -maybe tear duct angle". Should I worry about this, maybe find another vet? Any help is much appreciated!!!<BR>
