<DIV>They've arrived yesterday and as tired as I was last night, I just couldn't 

put it down. I had to read all the way through it. Who knew we had basset 

versions of Julia Child and Emeril LaGasse on the drool! How lucky we are and 

how talented they all are. I will cherish this cookbook forever. I ordered two 

and should've ordered more as I'm having trouble deciding who gets the 

other one for christmas. I also ordered some note pads which will be great for 

making lists. I make lists for all sorts of things. If it's not on my list I 

tend to forget about it. Thank you to all those involved in putting this 

delightful cookbook together. I can't wait to try these recipes. Elder Clara,
