wire. The tension bands run the entire fence not so many feet the way bars
are connected to the fence. There is no give to the bottom of the
fence at all. Though my main concern was the Dachshunds,
they will find any weakness and one has already slipped under part of the old
fence.</FONT></DIV>

blocks around the inside perimeter as an added safety measure.</FONT></DIV>
