<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I'm way behind on reading Drools. I'm
sorry. Yesterday morning we got up and Conrad didn't. We think he
ruptured a disc. We just got through Daisy's eye surgery and now this
happens. We desparately need Drool. The emergency clinic charged us
$400 to watch him yesterday and give him pain meds. They refused to give
him any prednisone which I think would have helped a lot and which is why I
brought him there in the first place. I could have watched him at
home and given him pain meds. They are now saying pred really doesn't
help. This happened to him before we got him and a large dose with follow
up worked for him. We weaned him off the pred after we got him and he's
being doing so good for a year. We can't afford another surgery right
