We saw the vetman on Monday, and he diagnosed her with spondylosis of the mid-back. He put her on prednisone, so she had to come off her Rimadyl for now. She is doing just fine. She has a ramp to go in and out, but was used to using the steps to come back in. The vet doesn't want her doing steps, so I blocked them with a doggie gate. She would just stand at the steps and look at the back door, so I would have to go out and show her the ramp, and then she would use it. Very frustrating. My good Drool friend, Julie, in CO suggested I put dog biscuits on the ramp to entice her to use it to come in. It worked! She is now using it to go in and out, and I am very happy about it. She has a very wobbly walk and does fall down at times, but for now she is able to take herself in and out to potty and do what she wants, so I am very thankful.</P>
