<div> We have insured our bassets with VPI for years now. I have been very pleased with them and would not rest easy without this insurance. The only thing to be wary of is their exclusions such as glaucoma. Unfortunately, we have learned this the hard way with Browser and the expense has been high but we wanted him to have the best treatment. </div>

<div>We receive the reimbursements in a timely manner and once when we appealed, they did end up covering the bill with a further explanation from our vet.</div>
