font-family:Arial'>Last year a bunch of the relatives came to our house for
Christmas dinner, and apparently they liked it, because they all voted to come
again this year, and requested the same meal, plus lots of my fudge. More
relatives that were out of town last year are also coming, so we’ll be
having 15 or 16 people and at least 5 dogs for Christmas day. The
youngest family member is my unbelievably-nice-for-a-teenager 15 year old
nephew, so at least no little people to keep track of (our house is not
kid-proof), however my parents are bringing both their dogs, and one is a puppy
that the girls have not yet met. Gracie and Anna will be fine with the
puppy, and we are all keeping paws crossed that Holly will be nice, as she
HATES PUPPIES and tries to bite them on the nose. Oh dear. Anyway,
I’ve been cleaning and making fudge all day yesterday and today. And
making multiple trips to the grocery store for forgotten items, with two more
things on the early morning list for tomorrow. Plus, tomorrow we will get
out the Magic Erasers and remove this month’s drool from the walls, I’m
hoping that Anna, my drooler, will not sling any more onto the walls before the
relatives arrive. Yeah, right, good luck on that wish. Tomorrow
will be a busy day, so I wanted to wish everyone Happy Holidays now, in case we
get busy and forget. The Girls and I appreciate all of you, and really
love having you and all your furry friends in our lives.
