<p>Hello and Happy New Year Droolers,  </p>
<p>I am making sweet potato treats right now and Charley and Connor are sending buckets of drool to all of the houndies and their slaves that need it.  </p>
<p>I peel the sweet potatoes and then cut them 1/3 inch thick lenghtwise.  I also cut some in circles.  I am baking them at 250 degrees for 2 hrs minimum.  </p>
<p>I would love to know what other droolers use to slice their sweet potatoes as it is VERY hard to do it..!</p>
