litter to be a "good dog"</FONT></DIV>
<DIV>Breeders who breed dogs with structural defects or personalities that will
be passed on to the pups.</DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Show breeders who dump their non show quality
in shelters, or give away unspayed/neutered.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Responsible breeders, that spay/neuter before
placement or have contract and enforce or those that don't enforce</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Responsible breeders that take their pups
back </FONT></DIV>

vaccinate</FONT></DIV>

fence yard.</FONT></DIV>

apartments who require fenced yards.</FONT></DIV>
