I just tore up our OEBE application. &nbsp;My three are waving their front paws chanting, "We are not worthy, we are not worthy". &nbsp;I can't imagine a more qualified OEBE than young Conley. &nbsp;He is well on his way to superstardom in OEBE land. &nbsp;
