I had a foster whose teeth were worn to the gums both top and bottom.  The vet said it was from chewing on a cage.  He also said she experienced no pain as a result of worn down teeth.  As the teeth wear the roots and nerves go deeper.  If she's grinding like a human it could be anxiety or another problem tooth.<br>

teeth are worn down in front? Thelma's teeth in front really look like they are 
worn down and she is estimated to only be 3-4 years old.  She just chomps 
her teeth together all the time though. You can hear her across the room chomp 
chomp chomp. I don't know why she does that either.  Kathy with Daisy Mae
