<div><font size="2"><font face="verdana,sans-serif">This is true about the rabies vaccine. I do not know why it is this way. It is exactly the same is my understanding.  Here in Illinois your dog must have a one year shot before he can be given the 3 yr certificate. I admit, even I do not see any sense in this whatsoever, but there you are. There is not an explanation in the world that would make it logical to me.</font></font></div>
