chamomille tea and rinse them out with </FONT></STRONG><STRONG><FONT size=2
face=Antique>a saline rinse</FONT></STRONG></DIV>
<DIV><STRONG><FONT size=2 face=Antique>a few times a day to help keep the
pollens out.</FONT></STRONG></DIV>
