On the backs of mine it says "IF I'M ALONE, I'M LOST" and the Avid Chip number. On the Front is the dog's name, our phone and the Vet's phone.</font></font></div>

<div><font size="2"><font face="verdana,sans-serif">My friend, who travels a LOT with her dogs, has attached a clear plastic envelope to each crate with the name of the dog,DOB, medical problems, name and number of Vet and name and number of an emergency person. She also carries that in her wallet and her glove compartment. I am not that prepared but it isn't a bad idea.</font></font></div>
