Libby's is <b>the</b> major pumpkin supplier for the Midwest.  They

grow <b>all </b>their pumpkins in <b>one</b> spot in Illinois.  Last

year that area was deluged with rain at harvest time and the pumpkins

couldn't be harvested in time.  They ended up rotting in the fields.

One of the big grocery chains here imported Stuckey's (?) pumpkin for

awhile -- but that was all gone by January/February.  So there has been

a definite pumpkin crisis here in MN.<br>
