Hydroxyzine versus Clariton or other allergy meds?  Any thoughts?  I asked earlier about itchy hounds in Oregon, and hydroxyzine.  (thanks to Pam for her thoughts on long-term use of hydroxyzine!)  The only problem is that my poor Macy is only having moderate success with hydroxyzine.  It's keeping her from chewing her self to death, but she's far from comfortable.  The vet thinks that she is most likely experiencing some seasonal allergies or inhaled allergies, like dust or something.  Thanks for any thoughts any of you might have!  <br>
