C so I am not sure that the symptoms you described as Dementia may be
a side effect of that but I wanted to share something from our
experience. My Nate who just made his way to the bridge this past October began
to show symptoms of what the doctor originally thought may be a brain tumor and
then diagnosed as Dementia was later descovered to have high blood pressure. We
treated him with meds for high blood pressure and we did see improvement in
his "dementia" symptoms. Just wanted to pass that along in case by some rare
chance HBP may be contributing to Chilliepepper's symptoms. I had never
heard of any dog having high blood pressure until Nate's neurologist suggested
he be tested.</FONT></DIV>
