thought of it that way. But it does make sense to me now. I have
two sons – a senior in college and a senior in high school. College son
will be married in August. Apparently I began the process of “re-filling”
my home with bassets as I anticipated my children leaving. (I will not
say “replace” because that is not possible) I guess I need to
be someone’s mom! Both of my children love animals and the son who
is still at home often buries his face in soft basset ears and wrinkles to give
hugs. Older son comes home to visit with his own little tribe (an
Australian shepherd and a blond tiger cat) and loves the bassets as well.</span></font></p>
