<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Take a look at what is happening ,people are
reminiscing about all the great things the DD offers us. That is a good
thing it means we have come to appreciate this forum for what it is, good basset
people, helping good basset people. When I found the DD back in 2002 I was in
the midst of loosing my Bubba to cancer.Afterwards I found solace in the
knowledge that there were people out there just like me. People who
understood my pain,my grieving ,they didn't try to shove my broken heart
under a rug they allowed me to pour out my soul and by doing that helped me
heal. When Grace died 10 months after Bubba, a DDer had a litter of puppies
and we picked up Vinny at the airport three weeks later,he
is one of the best decisions I have ever made ,he will be 8 this
summer. So there was a bump to shake us up a little. And I truly
believe the person who posted the, "dreadful post",( I don't think I need
to name it),did not do it with the intention of stirring up all the emotion that
it did, but for some reason thought it would be helpful. And it turns out to be
just that. What else would have caused such a stir that would make us be so glad
we have the DD. Thank you Sally I am now caught up on the
DD.</FONT></DIV></BODY></HTML>
