<div>Saw this online about the hound found near a rest stop - kinda neat that it got posted online with a photo. One of the comments is someone claiming ownership. Doesn't sound very responsible though, chaining the dog up - and in a location where "neighbors" can let the dog loose.  Hmmmm...regardless, hoping this hound makes it home, somewhere safe. </div>
