<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Hello to all. I wanted to update everyone regarding 

Eva DeVaughn from Ohio Basset Rescue and her progress. The kidney transplant 

finally took place on February 22. She did have some complications with her 

heart being out of rhythm and low blood pressure but she is now stable. 

They had to insert a stint in the kidney and it is woking fine now. 

Eva also had some problems with being sick yesterday but is doing 

better today. If all goes well she will be released from the hospital tomorrow 

(Sunday). </FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Sandy Fryman was Eva's donor for the kidney and she 

has had some trouble with</FONT> <FONT face=Arial size=2>managing her pain 

but was realeased yesterday (Friday). Unfortunately her husband Jack became ill 

with what they think is the flu so they stayed in Cincinnati overnight to give 

he and Sandy time to rest and recover. They will be returning home 

today.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2> Please continue to keep Eva and Sandy in your 

prayers and send all of the drool you can spare to keep them both healthy and on 

their way to a speedy recovery. If anyone would like to send cards or good 

wishes please email me off list and I will be happy to give you their addresses.
