<DIV>I can't help out with a cart, but if the hound is still mobile, I can recommend the Ruffwear Web Master Harness. Another Drooler recommended it a month or so ago, and I quickly bought one. It has been a great boon to both Belvedere and me, since Bel has a hard time going down our ramp when it is wet or snowy or when the arthritis is really acting up. The handle on this harness makes it easy to help him out and to pick him up when I need to get him into a car.</DIV>

<DIV>Since the picture they show does not show a dog in it, I sent them a picture of our Belvedere. You can find it in the reviews--I ended up being Basset Owner because someone else had already used Basset Lover, which I had used to describe myself. No critiques--I am under no illusions about who owns whom in this household!</DIV>
