<DIV>Not nearly an expert, but would suggest a couple things:</DIV>

<DIV>Put the paper outside. Sometimes they are used to a certain surface and don't like</DIV>

<DIV>to change. ie. grass or want to poop on concrete, or think paper is necessary.</DIV>

<DIV>Leave him outside longer to give him a chance to poop.</DIV>

<DIV>Take him on a little walk. Walking seems to stimulate something that makes them</DIV>
