which will cause the real alpha to escalate behavior. The best thing you
could do, is stop *all* bed time challenges ... you can make TWO bed areas in
your room, and marshal the dogs to their area .. don't put the beds right
next to each other, and if you can, try not to have either of the dog beds
closer to the human bed or closer to the door, and definitely do not put one bed
*at* the door, you'll trap the lesser dog in the room or end up blocking her out
if she gets out.</SPAN></FONT></FONT></FONT></DIV>

take. If there is space enough, and the dog beds are large enough (not
thick, but in surface area covered) you may find they end up sleeping together
(warmth) as needed, note that it will always be the alpha that decides to go to
the lesser dog's bed to get warmth ... the lesser dog attempting to go to the
alpha would trigger dominance aggression/position
