<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Balloon>My thoughts on who to chose for the next shelter
challenge. The highest placement overall we have made (last
challenge) was 18th. Reaching that placement was not an easy task to do.
I know that there were a couple of times that I worried that Wynne would
be the winner. I think whoever we pick should be a shelter that has the
best possible chance of winning. </FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Balloon>I think we need to look at:</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Balloon>1. The state winners since at least
2009 (I went back to 2008.</FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Balloon>2. The overall placement of those winner
this go round. to be on the safe side we should pick a placement number
that is not any higher than the 18th we achieved. We also have to consider
that this is summer and people like to be out or on vacation.
</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Balloon>3. As well as the percentage of votes the
top 3 have in the state. The top one in the state, especially if they have
always won (like Wynne) are going to be our stiffest completion.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Balloon></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Balloon>We have a great chance of winning Wyoming
and Louisiana. There might even be a possibility of splitting our votes
between the two rescues. With a 77 and 98 overall state placements we may
have a good chance of winning both. This is just a random thought just
like the rest of my mindless ramblings</FONT><FONT size=2
