<div>My friends -- I've tried to be very clear in all of my e-mails about calendar sign-ups.  IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SIGNED UP FOR A CALENDAR DATE (IT IS NOW 10:09 AM MONDAY JUNE 20) I HAVE DELETED YOUR SIGN-UP.  In the interest of fairness, we will accept no sign-ups prior to 1PM today.  So please don't get mad at me when you go back later and don't have a date.  Sign-ups start at 1:00 PM today.  I have taken today off and am monitoring the sign-ups on an ongoing basis.  Anyone who signs up before 1:00 will NOT have a date unless they go back and re-sign after 1:00 PM.  Laura (and Geoffrey, Henry, and Molly who are guarding the list).</div>
