<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us">No changes tonight. Pat is on the ventilator, fully sedated. No fever since this morning and vital signs are holding stable. A tracheotomy is scheduled for 2:30 PM tomorrow and I will be there. Chest xrays showed some improvement today. Spoke with pulmonologist today and he sees this as the only chance of recovery and we will reassess in five days post tracheotomy. Legal eagles are still wrangling. I am exhausted. As always, prayers are appreciated.</SPAN></P>
