<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Well let me just start by saying my husband is out of town on business and my girls are away at summer camp and so the dogs and I are a bit lonely.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Cyrus has always been willing to share EVERYTHING with Snoopy ...even food ... EXCEPT our bed. We tried lifting Snoopy into it a couple of times in the early months and Cyrus just snarled and let us all know that was one place Snoopy wasn't going. So fine, Snoopy sleeps with Natalie. The dogs cuddle on the floor or on dog beds and EVEN on Natalie's bed .... but never, ever, ever on ours. Lately ... if my husband is there ... I've gotten away with boosting Snoopy up in the morning for a cuddle ... provided Cyrus was already in the bed and had his spot. He harumphed and turned his back and pretended Snoopy wasn't there.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>OK, so my major mistake this morning .... both of the dogs got up around 6AM and went outside. Snoopy came back alone and he asked me if I'd boost him and I wanted to cuddle and I was half asleep so I did. We were all spooned up and just about asleep when Snoopy froze and started to tremble and that's when I heard him .... Cyrus coming down the hall. Too late to do anything about it so I held onto Snoopy and Cyrus came barrelling down the hall to our room and saw us and took a massive leap onto the bed and Snoopy was cowering and shaking and I was holding onto him and Cyrus .... nuzzled him with the side of his muzzle and gave him a quick kiss and lay down next to him and rolled around so they were back bone to back bone and grinned.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I was afraid to move. So we laid there for about an hour, the three of us. All snuggled up. When I finally did get up I was careful to boost Snoopy down right away and then we all 3 went down the hall and I gave the dogs breakfast. I was late to work. I don't even care.</DIV>
