yesterday.</DIV>

<DIV>His owner has had him chained to a tree his entire life.</DIV>

<DIV>A kind person rescued him and found him pitifully thin with a heavy load of 

heartworm.</DIV>

<DIV>The owner signed him over but is now calling daily about him.</DIV>

<DIV>He must get moved immediately. </DIV>

<DIV>Can anyone help this poor baby?</DIV>

<DIV>He is going to move into a rescue as soon as he completes his 

treatment.</DIV>

<DIV>The receiving rescue will cover all is medical needs.</DIV>
