I was driving out of my neighborhood this AM only to see a neighbor walking a Basset. I had to stop and chat. "I have a basset hound I exclaimed" as I went over to meet them both. Turns out Arthur is a basset rescue and a mighty sweet boy indeed. He is three. His new mom doesn't know anything about bassets and I would like to get her some good info. Already told her about the drool.<div>
