At OEBE International Headquarters, we're grieving the loss of our Bobby.  He did so much, inspired so many, and went through life bravely.  We are so happy that we got to snuggle with Bob at the Oregon Basset Hound Games, where he was Grand Marshall of the Waddle.  He was also Inspector Bob for the Order of the Evil Basset Hound Empire.  We send our heartfelt condolences to Kathy and Bob's pack.  He was a "one of a kind dog."  <br>
