Does anyone have any ideas on how to help an itchy basset?  My Fred has seasonal allergies and scratches almost constantly.  I've tried oatmeal shampoo and the vet prescribed Prednisone, but neither one seems to help.  Is there another kind of shampoo, or maybe a supplement I can try?  Any and all advise will be appreciated!<div>
