<DIV>I want to address a problem I see coming if we pool our votes for the 

BaRescue in SC.  I have just reviewed the results of the last two or three 

shelter challenges.There is an unbeatable group there that wins every time--it 

is Humane Society of McCormick County.  The only reason I know this is that 

we, CBHR,  tried to run against them and lost miserably.  They seem to 

know the system as they come out very strong and never lose their first place 

standing.</DIV>

<DIV>I have been behind in reading my Drools so I don't know if this decision 

has already been made. Let's vote where we can win--like in some of the 

Western states where the need is more than desperate,ie. Montana,Wyoming,
