We have returned from our weekend in Long Island and a great time at Metro Bash in New Jersey. The weather could not have been more perfect- sun, breeze and warm! There was a LOAD of raffle baskets, plenty of sandwiches, salads and many sweet treats for the humans- though I believe most bassets enjoyed some as well! I got to put a face to Pam McQuade and Elvis sniffed with her lovely girls. An impromptu pawction happend when uncle Hank became pawctioneer for some Howloween costumes. We really had a very lovely time.<BR>
If you can spare a bit of drool- my mom Hanni is in the hospital with pneumonia. She has COPD and this is giving her some problems. She is feeling better today and hopes to be home in a few days.<BR>
Thank you Donna Funk for a great time yesterday...we'll drive 480 miles anytime for that!<BR>
Angelika and Elvis, Peaches and Peanut ( all exhausted after the bash and a weekend on LI at auntie Walli's house and her four furkids).<BR> </div></body>
