<div><font size="2"><font face="verdana,sans-serif">I think a lot of people unfamiliar with dogs in general and Bassets in particular are unaware of how large a dog the Basset really is.They expect them to be like Doxies and are quite taken aback at the tremendous bone and length of an adult Basset, especially males.</font></font></div>
