They DO NOT pay for routine care, but if the dog gets really sick (cancer etc) they</div><div>pay the amount in full (minus $500) deductible. We only had 2 minor claims so far (that did not exceed our deductible), but we like</div><div>the company so far. First, our vet has a bunch of forms so she just automatically fills them out for us. Secondly, if your dog is</div><div>really sick then they pay the vet or hospital directly and you are not out of pocket or stuck with a huge credit card bill. Thirdly,</div><div>they were willing to insure an older dog (she was 6 when we started) and did not have a huge premium. We started at $35 month.</div><div>Now we pay $40/month but it was not because she aged, it was because the company was running out of
money because they</div><div>paid so many claims. Before signing up we checked around and they had recently paid out directly a $9,000 claim at our vet</div><div>hospital. </div><div>Wendy from PA</div></div></body></html>
